Temporary support access to Workflow86
Requesting temporary support access
You can provide temporary access to Workflow86 to our support team so that we can troubleshoot issues with you.
To do this, please email us at ➡ support@workflow86.com.
1. Invite the support email to your account
You will be provided with an workflow86.com email by our support team - invite this email to your account as an editor user. You can find more instructions on this here:
Inviting users to your organization
If you do not have any Administrator/Editor seats available, you can purchase another seat or temporarily disable another user from your account to make space for the support user.
2. Provide access to the workflow
You will then need to provide access for this editor account to the workflow you would like us to help with. See te instructions here on granting editor access to specific workflows:

3. Disable the support user account
Once the support has been provided you can disable the editor account.
